INFORMATION ON ORDERING
When you have placed an order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided at the checkout.
The email contains all the details of your order such as invoicing address, delivery address, products, prices and shipping cost. You should contact us immediately if any details of the order are not correct.
A binding agreement on the purchase of a product arises when we send you the email confirming the order. The terms and conditions for purchases specified on this page form part of the Agreement.
PAYMENT METHODS
We use Klarna Checkout, which makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online.
Fill in your email address and postcode and then complete the purchase by selecting the card payment method.
Klarna meets the requirements for PCI DSS.
FULFILMENT
We begin fulfilling the Agreement when you, the customer, receive an email confirming the order. We have fulfilled our part of the Agreement when you have received full delivery of the products you ordered at the nearest agent or directly in your mailbox at the specified postal address. You, the customer, have fulfilled the Agreement when you have paid in full and collected your shipment.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
The shipping country is chosen at checkout. Orders are shipped on weekdays except for public holidays. Orders placed at the weekend are normally shipped on the following Monday. If we are unable to deliver within the agreed time, you will be informed of the reason for the delay and you will be given a new delivery time. You then have a right to cancel the purchase free of charge. You should contact us directly if your delivery has been delayed and we have not notified you of that in advance.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are dependent on the country where goods are shipped to. BrunngÄrd is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
The shipping cost is âŹ19 for all orders. All letters and parcels are shipped by Postnord. Letters are delivered to your mailbox and parcels are delivered to your nearest parcel agent. You will receive notification by text message, email or letter when your parcel has arrived at the parcel agent.
FEE FOR UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS
If you, the customer, fail to collect your order, we reserve the right to charge you for the full value of the order in the uncollected parcel.
Please note that if you fail to receive or collect a shipment, that does not count as a notification that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for your purchase.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
From the moment you receive an item, you, as a customer within EU have a right to cancel your purchases within a 14-day period in accordance with the Swedish Act on Distance Contracts and Agreements Outside of Business Premises (SFS 2005:59). The right of withdrawal only applies to private individuals, not companies. When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you, the customer, are liable for the actual cost of sending back or returning the goods. It is important for the product to be sent back in unaltered, saleable condition in its original packaging. You should therefore always pack products in the same way and in the same packaging as when the products were delivered to you, provided that the packaging is undamaged. In cases where you have packed or packaged products in a deficient manner and the product is damaged during transport to us, you, the customer, are also liable for the damage.
The goods must be sent back within 14 days from the date when you received them.
As a customer outside EU you have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within a period of 30 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods.
You will receive your refund as soon as possible or no later than 14 days from when we receive the return. The refund is processed using the same payment method as for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The right to a cooling-off period does not apply to goods that have been ordered specially.
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change to another item, please place a new order.
COMPLAINTS
We would like you to contact us as soon as possible if you receive an item that is faulty in any way.
The Swedish Consumer Purchases Act entitles you to complain within three years, provided that the item was faulty on delivery. Please note that you must send us a message with details of the fault âwithin a reasonable timeâ from when you discovered it. If you complain within two months from when you discovered the fault, you have complained within a reasonable time.
In the case of damage occurring during transport, so-called transport damage, we will offer to send you a new item if possible or grant you a credit.
If, after you have been in contact with us, you must send the item back, you can use the return label attached to the shipment.
When we have received the item you wish to complain about, we will make a decision as to whether the item is faulty. If it is faulty, we will give you a refund as soon as possible and no later than within 30 days of receiving the item from you. The refund is processed using the same payment method as for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
DISPUTES
We always comply with the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Complaints in the case of disputes that we are unable to resolve.
